About Rip & Ship

Rip & Ship products are physical collectible products purchased through the LittleM online store and opened live on the LittleM stream.

The customer purchases a specific physical product, such as a booster pack, booster box, or bundle. The product and its contents belong to the customer who purchased it. Each opening relates only to that customer’s own product.

Rip & Ship is not a lottery, gambling activity, competition, or prize draw. There is no shared distribution of cards or products between customers.

Live Opening

Rip & Ship products are opened live on stream. The customer does not need to be present when the order is opened.

Orders are normally opened in order of purchase date when we are live and available for openings. Opening times may vary depending on the stream schedule, order volume, and practical circumstances.

Our usual streaming schedule is Monday–Friday and Sunday, normally between 13:00–19:00 CEST, but times may vary. The updated weekly stream schedule is published on Discord.

Livestreams and recordings may be retained or used as documentation of order opening and handling.

Stream Username

A valid stream username must be provided when ordering Rip & Ship products. This may be your username on Twitch, YouTube, or Discord.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct username so that the order can be identified during the stream.

Product Contents and Randomness

The contents of booster packs, boxes, and other sealed collectible products are determined by the manufacturer and are random where the product is manufactured with random contents.

LittleM cannot guarantee specific cards, rarities, pulls, hits, value, or other outcomes from an opening.

All cards and contents from the customer’s purchased product belong to the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise before purchase.

Packing and Delivery

After opening, the customer’s cards and other contents are carefully packed and shipped to the delivery address provided with the order.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customers outside Norway may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import charges, or other local fees. Such charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise determined by the payment method, delivery arrangement, or applicable law.

Sealed Products

If you wish to receive a product unopened and sealed, you must purchase the regular sealed version of the product from the online store instead of the Rip & Ship version, where such a version is available.

Rip & Ship orders are intended for live opening.

Cancellations, Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a Rip & Ship order, you must contact LittleM as soon as possible before the product is opened live. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be received or processed before opening if the product is already queued for opening.

Once a Rip & Ship product has been opened live following the order, the manufacturer’s seal has been broken and the product can no longer be returned in the same sealed condition. Any request concerning cancellation, withdrawal, return, or refund will be assessed in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer law and the specific circumstances of the purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits the customer’s statutory rights.

Incorrect Items, Missing Contents and Shipping Damage

If you receive an incorrect item, contents that should have been shipped are missing, or the shipment arrives with damage or another defect, please contact LittleM as soon as possible.

Keep the packaging and any relevant documentation, and provide photographs where relevant to the matter.

Random product contents, the absence of desired pulls, or a lower card value than expected do not in themselves constitute a product defect.

Payment and Orders

An order is considered received when it has been registered in the online store. Payment and order processing are handled according to the payment method selected at checkout and the applicable terms of sale.

Payment relates to the specific physical product ordered. The live opening does not constitute participation in a lottery, gambling activity, or prize draw.
