Refund policy

RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused;
• in the same condition as received;
• in its original packaging;
• with all tags and accessories included.

Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Contact us immediately if:

• the item is damaged;
• the item is defective;
• you received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• sale items;
• gift cards;
• opened or used products where the product value or resale condition has been affected.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
